Safe and secure transaction. Ok, there was no welcoming handshake, cup of coffee, biscuits, but it didn't deflect from a feel good experience in the midst of a pandemic. Maybe another 20 fuel in the tank so that my first thought wasn't where to fill up. Good job Lee.

Great staff service could be better lack of communication really need to improve wasted 1 hour looking for keys found key couldn't find vehicle best rang day before to notify i am collecting . Please start communicating.

Van booked in for a service as part of the service package, booked in advance 3 weeks ago. Left van at 10.20am, rang at 4pm and was informed that they hadn't even started the works!! Was told we work till 9.30pm, what garage expects you to be able to pick your vehicle up or expect you to wait possibly to 9.30pm!! Not on, most people expect it be ready for latest 5.30pm. Good job I didn't have any worked booked in for Saturday. Cicley you need to realistically look at the work load your booking in and expecting your technicians to be able to do it in that time frame. Technicians especially can not be under pressure and be rushing jobs as mistakes or poor workmanship will follow.

Shocking garage service! If you like sitting in waiting rooms while they take 3 times longer than a job should take then this is the place for you! Mercedes are a quality vehicle but the product is only as good as the back up and unfortunately this is what will influence the next vehicle replacement. The garage really let's the sales team down
